Fabric

All our fabric is printed to order with a 4-week lead-time unless it is in stock.

Velvet

Our velvet is upholstery weight cotton velvet; the fabric is suitable for domestic or light commercial upholstery.  The velvet has a 100% cotton pile.  It can be fireproofed if requested.   

Silk

Our printed silk is a fashion heavyweight silk satin.  Our silk is backed with a reinforcing fabric to give it body and strength, suitable for furnishings and light domestic upholstery.

Linen

Our printed linen is 100 % linen and suitable for furnishings and light domestic upholstery.

Quality

We quality check all our fabric and will discuss any issues that may concern us.  Printed batches of fabric may have slight colour variations. Our fabric is printed for us in a way that sometimes causes slight marks, blemishes, staining and spotting. This is a characteristic of our artisan printing methods so as to get the depth of print and vibrancy of colour we so desire.  Please check your fabric to make sure you are satisfied with it prior to cutting.  Before ordering fabric by the metre we suggest you purchase a fabric sample, as the colours on your computer screen may not give a true reflection of the fabric’s colour and tone. Fabric swatches are available at £5 per swatch for velvet and £3 for linen, discounted from any order placed.  Small fabric cuttings can be sent free of charge.

Furniture

All our furniture is hand made to order here in Dorset England.  Lead-time for our furniture is 12 to 14 weeks unless in stock.  All furniture is made using a solid hardwood frame and upholstered in traditional way using hand tied springs and natural materials were possible.  Please contact us if you have any questions, proposed modifications, or customisation.  Some pieces are available to view here at our studio by appointment.  Once the order has been placed we will send you a confirmation invoice and will keep you fully updated on the proposed delivery date.

Cushions

All our cushions are made to order unless in stock, delivery times vary on items.  Once ordered we will confirm purchase and delivery date by email. Please contact us if you want to check available stock of stock.

Curtains, blinds, and furnishings

We offer a curtain and blind making up service using our fabrics as well as other furnishings such as bedspreads and valances. All pieces are made to order.  Our bespoke curtains and blinds are printed and made to customer’s specifications. Customisation and commissions available upon request. Wallpapers

All wallpapers are printed to order and will be supplied with hanging instructions.  Please contact the studio for samples as the colour may vary from what you see on the screen. Wallpaper is normally digitally printed and is available as a matt or shiny mural finish.  Min order 2 rolls of 10m.

Extras

Delivery times on all products under extras vary depending on the items.  On purchase you will receive a confirmation email stating the delivery time.  Please call the studio before ordering should you have any concerns.

Bespoke

If you are interested in bespoke designs / pieces for either yourself or a client please contact the studio directly.  We charge a unique design fee plus associated manufacturing costs.

Trade

Please contact the office for further details, stating which products you are interested in and whether you are a retailer or an interior designer.

Payment

Corita Rose uses pay pal as its online method of payment. We also accept payment by cheque and BACS transfer.  Please contact us for details.  All orders will become live once payment has been made in full.  Once the order has been placed you will receive a conformation email, listing items,  specifications, and delivery times.  You must check the confirmation email and that all details are correct.  Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any queries.  All prices stated include VAT if applicable and delivery to the UK mainland only.  Trade customers will be invoiced with a pro former invoice again no orders will become live until payment is made in full.

Delivery

All prices include delivery to UK mainland.  If items are in stock orders should be dispatched within 48 hrs. Delivery is by Courier or Royal mail for small items. Couriers often deliver during the day, so if at work an alternative address may be prudent.

The delivery date or period within which you are to receive your order is approximate. If you are ordering more than one item, the goods may be sent in installments if certain items are out of stock and need to be made, this will be at no extra cost to you.On delivery, please check the Products carefully for any possible defects and you are happy with the condition of your order.

For delivery of larger items such as furniture, we will contact you two weeks prior to delivery to arrange a suitable delivery date and time. On delivery of larger items you will be asked to sign a delivery note that confirms you are happy with the condition of your order.

Please check possible access issues for furniture, i.e. narrow doorways or stairs.If you have any questions or concerns please call the studio to discuss further.Corita Rose accepts no liability for items not being able to be delivered due to access restrictions.Any associated costs due to restricted delivery will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
